We aim to make the process of creating a new site, as easy as possible.

Before we start creating, we have a few questions for you.

As technical developers, we plan, research and map everything first. 

Next, we do the technical nerdy stuff and lastly, make it pretty and to your design aesthetic. 

Your website will be is to your personal taste and suits your unique brand.

Let us know your likes, dislikes, needs & wants

  • Clear details and examples with links or screenshots are super helpful.  
  • We want to create your dream website and keep things as simple as possible for you too.  We want you to be happy and aim to deliver your website with a quick turnaround and a minimum of fuss.
  • We are a professional business and we love happy, returning clients, our reputation is extremely important to us.
  • We guarantee all information you provide is 100% confidential and will not be replicated or shown to anyone who is not contractually obligated to Agency Atlantic Digital.
  • Any questions have or anything that needs to be clarified, please feel free to ask.
  • A standard 1-page website can have up to 5 sections.  Please enquire if you would like more.

Let’s get started on your new website!

You will need to provide all website content before the commencement of your project.

Copy for all pages will be added to the website as you provide it, so please spell-check your copy and provide headings, etc.

We have a handy checklist to get you started on what you will need.

You must provide all images, which we will ask you to upload to your client folder.

We include the resizing, renaming, and optimising 20 images with all packages, but there may be an additional charge for more images.

If you do not have branding, we can create a branding guide, including a logo, favicon, website fonts and colour palette.

If you don’t require branding but have your logo and know the colours you want, please provide the hex colours.

  • Whilst we recommend a website care plan with all websites, you are welcome to maintain the site yourself.  
  • If you wish to self-host and maintain the site, we have a list of Recommended Escort Hosting Options 
  • If you do not have a care plan and need assistance, please refer to our price guide for our tweaks and fixes packages.

  • Your website is created on our staging server and then moved to your hosting once the final payment is made.
  • We will build on your hosting if you have paid your invoice in full.
  • Once your project is complete, we will provide you with a website owner’s manual and a complimentary 1hr training session.
  • All custom sites include a 1hr personal Zoom training session to teach you how to edit and update your website.  This is booked once your website is complete.
  • We do not provide ongoing support unless you are on a care package that includes support.
  • Atlantic Digital is added to the footer of all our designs and may not be removed without our written permission.

The Process

Please note this questionnaire is super important to help us get a great understanding of how you would like your website to look.  We want to create our dream website but we need to know what that looks like.  We are a creative team and we will come up with ideas too but we need a place to start.

If we have no direction, it’s guessing what you may like and we may not guess correctly.  

Our Custom Website process goes like this:

  1. Fill out the questionnaire
  2. Discovery Call to discuss your questionnaire and your dream website.
  3. We will send a scope of work (the cost + what is included and what is not) + your Invoice.  
  4. Once we receive your first payment, images and copy, work on your new website can begin

Your Dream Website

Please provide as much information as possible to help us to understand your needs and desires.  If you do not have a logo, branding or website copy we can assist with these additional services.

Branding

We include basic branding (colour palette) with all websites.  However, if you require a custom logo you will need a Branding Package

Copywriting

Steph can whip you up something saucy that sounds like you.  Please refer to our copywriting page for details of what is involved and pricing.  

What next?

Upon receiving your questionnaire we will be in touch to arrange a time for your discovery call.  Zoom is best but phone or whatsapp is fine too.
